Singapore plans more than 6,000 new homes in Toa Payoh West

The first project, Toa Payoh Hillside, will be offered in the November 2026 Build-To-Order (BTO) sales exercise, CNA reported. Most of the new homes will be public housing, and the plans also include a new mall and parks, according to CNA and The Straits Times.

HDB also announced public housing projects for Pearl's Hill.
